Step One: Place Your Order
Choose your blade type, wear level and the number of blades you would like sharpened.
Step Two: Prepare and Pack Your Blades
Clean the blades and wrap each one separately using bubble wrap, thick newspaper or similar protective material.
Place them in a sturdy box with padding around the blades to prevent movement during transit. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation before securely sealing the box.
Step Three: Create Your Free Shipping Label
Once your order has been placed, we’ll send you a link to create your free Royal Mail shipping label.
You can arrange collection from your home or business, or take the parcel to a participating Royal Mail location.
Step Four: We’ll Sharpen and Return Your Blades
Once your blades arrive at our Sheffield facility, our team will inspect and professionally regrind them.
We aim to complete and dispatch your blades within 4–5 working days of receiving them. Your sharpened blades will then be returned using a tracked delivery service.
Blades that are severely worn or damaged may not be suitable for sharpening. If we identify a problem, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.
