If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement confirming that you wish to withdraw from your order.

You can do this by email or by using our online withdrawal request form.

Please include your name, order number, contact details and the item(s) you wish to withdraw from.

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse the payment received from you, including the standard delivery cost where applicable.

We may deduct an amount for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you wish to withdraw.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
